Thanks for your question Marji,
There two purposes for the center. One is spiritual training to empower you to live a masterful life. This is largely based in the western mystery tradition.
Second is personal healing. I’ll focus here since it most closely relates to your question. There are essentially four levels to our being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. My healing services are designed to bring healing and integration to those areas because being human has its challenges and struggles. As a natural intuitive and channel for healing energies, I bring an added dimension to those services.
There are levels to how we experience life. We experience at the mental level: our thoughts. Emotional level: feelings. Physical level: bodily sensations.Whenever we have an experience, we have an immediate physical reaction of somekind, followed very quickly by an emotional response and finally a thought about the experience. In the case of massage, we are creating a space for you to sink down to the physical level of sensation where we first experience life. In allowing this sinking to take place we are able to touch that place of deep need within and begin to meet that need. Then the enresolved emotions and repitious thoughts about how we aren’t good enough can loosen there hold on us. Ah, what freedom.
